Leading the Transition to Clean, Renewable Fuels

Provectus Biofuels Inc. is a clean energy technology developer based in British Columbia. Using our licensed, patented process, we produce synthetic fuels with minimal environmental impact.

Renewable fuels, made from sustainable bio-mass feedstocks, have a low or net negative carbon intensity. These renewable fuels replace traditional fuels such as gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and more. For carbon intensity reduction, there are many applications where there are no other realistic alternatives to renewable fuels.

Surging Demand. Scalable Solution. Strategic Advantage.

Renewable Jet Fuel

In the world of aviation, renewable jet fuel is the only viable alternative to reduce the carbon intensity of medium and long-haul flights. According to IATA1, 43 airlines have 16.25 billion litres under contract for 2030, which is less than half of what is required to meet existing net zero commitments. To meet current contracted volumes for 2030, renewable jet fuel production must increase at a compound annual growth rate (“CAGR”) of 76%2, and even accounting for new projects, there is a major supply gap.

Renewable Gasoline and Diesel

Renewable gasoline and diesel can make significant contributions to decarbonization while being distributed through existing supply, transportation, and distribution infrastructure. Multiple North American jurisdictions have already adopted renewable fuel content requirements that will be impossible to meet without bringing more renewable fuel production online.

Creating Low Carbon Fuel From Non-Food Bio-Mass Feedstocks

From From Wheat Straw

We convert excess wheat straw—often beyond what’s needed for nitrogen fixation—into clean, renewable fuel, reducing waste and supporting farm-based economies.

Fighting Fires with Forest Waste

Our process helps lower wildfire risk by using slash piles, fire-kill, and beetle-kill wood—cleaning up forests while producing sustainable biofuels.

Powering Communities, Building Resilience

By creating local jobs and new opportunities from existing waste streams, we help build stronger, more resilient communities.
